Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please prepare the meat first.
I used the pork belly at the High Fork Mall.
You can prepare long pork belly to your liking or cut pork belly like me.
STEP 2/12
First, cook the meat lightly with herb salt or salt pepper until golden brown.
STEP 3/12
When the meat is done, put it on a kitchen towel to drain the oil and grill the garlic and shredded onions in the remaining oil in the pan.
STEP 4/12
They prepared delicious and cooked rice for ushered rice.
When you make kimbap, don't forget to take a small amount of water to make it festering.
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and mix them well
You can season it as much as you like.
If you want to add a lot of ssamjang, you don't need to season it separately.
STEP 5/12
In the meantime, I prepared pickled green onions.
The ingredients in the gimbap are just what I want to put in the refrigerator.
I personally like this seasoned scallions, so I always put it in.
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and half a tablespoon of sesame oil to the shredded green onion and prepare it.
STEP 6/12
For the rest of the ingredients, I prepared about 6 lettuce slices, and I prepared the carrots without frying them separately.
If you prepare pickled radish and burdock for commercial gimbap, the ingredients are ready.
STEP 7/12
For gimbap seaweed, make sure that the rough side goes up and the plain side goes down
I'll put rice on the rough side.
It's important to spread the rice as wide as possible without clumping.
The size of a baseball is just right for Bob.
STEP 8/12
On top of that, I put three slices of lettuce that I picked.
Put pork belly on top of it for a long time and spread ssamjang on top of the meat about a teaspoon.
If you put too much ssamjang, it's salty, so it's important to spread it out long enough.
STEP 9/12
On top of that, put all the prepared ingredients such as pickled green onion, garlic, onion, burdock, carrot, and pickled radish.
STEP 10/12
You have to use seaweed feet to roll it.
If you put in too much ingredients, it won't clump well, so don't be greedy and put in the right ingredients and roll it well.
It's easier if you roll it so that the ends of the rice meet
STEP 11/12
After you roll it well, you put sesame oil on the outside.
The sesame doesn't stick well if you spray it now, so I sprayed it later.
STEP 12/12
If you cut it into bite-size pieces, you're done
I think the lettuce on the skewer is very attractive for pork belly gimbap.
Cutting a knife using a knife that works well is a tip to cut it nicely without bursting.
It's good to prepare the ingredients as much as you want!
