STEP 1/13
Place in parchment paper or paper oil and pour oatmeal over it.

Pour in the pecans.

Pour in the sunflower seeds.
STEP 4/13
Add a pinch of salt and mix.

Add olive oil or other vegetable oil to taste.

Add honey or maple syrup or agave syrup.
STEP 7/13
Mix well and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
I'm going to repeat this process three times.

To mix the top and bottom well
Mix well and add roasted perilla seeds.
(It can be replaced by other seed types.)
STEP 9/13
Sprinkle with honey one more time.
STEP 10/13
Mix well and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes (2nd round)
Take it out of the oven, mix it well, and under the same conditions
Bake one more time in the oven. (Third time)
STEP 11/13
When it's done, it has a golden color like the picture.
STEP 12/13
Add the dry cranberries and mix well.
The finished crinola has a crunchy texture.
Remove the crenola from the lump by hand.
STEP 13/13
If you put it in milk or plain yogurt, it's savory and sweet
You can enjoy the crannola.
You can use agave syrup or maple syrup as an alternative to honey.
