Wash bok choy thoroughly in water, cut it in half, and place it in layers.

Heat it in the microwave for 4 minutes.

Make the sauce while the microwave is running. Add the seasoning ingredients together and mix well. I used frozen garlic for minced garlic.

Put the sauce evenly on the bok choy that is cooked. It's simple, right?
If you like savory things, increase the proportion of sesame salt and sesame oil a little, and if you don't like sour things, add a little vinegar. If you don't like salty food, you can reduce the amount of soy sauce.
If you add onions and paprika minced together, the taste will be even richer.
