I made it because I thought I could make it delicious with bok choy sleeping in the refrigerator after seeing Chef Lee Yeon-bok's steamed cabbage. It's salty and sour and delicious

Ingredients
  • Bok choy
    3pack
  • Korean style soy sauce
    0.5T
  • Vinegar
    0.5T
  • Yellowish green
    little
  • crushed garlic
    little
  • Red pepper powder
    little
  • Sesame oil
    0.5T
  • sesame salt
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash bok choy thoroughly in water, cut it in half, and place it in layers.
STEP 2/4
Heat it in the microwave for 4 minutes.
STEP 3/4
Make the sauce while the microwave is running. Add the seasoning ingredients together and mix well. I used frozen garlic for minced garlic.
STEP 4/4
Put the sauce evenly on the bok choy that is cooked. It's simple, right?
If you like savory things, increase the proportion of sesame salt and sesame oil a little, and if you don't like sour things, add a little vinegar. If you don't like salty food, you can reduce the amount of soy sauce. If you add onions and paprika minced together, the taste will be even richer.
