For the meat, I used high-fork belly meat.
Boll Hang Soup is a combination of the two murderous parts on the pig's head and the part of the fat that refers to the temple of the pig
The texture is firm and the taste is savory, so it's totally attractive.

The meat was grilled in a pan without oil.
The oil comes out from itself, so you just have to grill it lightly.
It'll be much better if you sprinkle herb salt or salt and pepper, right?

I baked it deliciously in front and back and put it on a kitchen towel to remove the grease.

In the meantime, I'm making the sauce.
I added 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of mirin or cooking wine and about 100ml of water.

After adding water, I added half of the onion.
If you shred onions, you can eat them easily as a bowl of rice.

You can cook the onions over medium heat.
When the onion is mushy and the sauce is reduced by about a third, turn off the heat to complete the sauce.
If it's too salty, add more water.
Even if it's a bit bland, it's seasoned with meat and lettuce
It's better not to make it too salty.

Usually, they put eggs on a pork rice bowl or put various ingredients as ingredients.
I uniquely put this seasoned lettuce on top.
In conclusion, I was very satisfied that I could eat meat and rice without greasy taste as if I was wrapping it in lettuce.
The recipe for seasoned lettuce is to cut lettuce into small pieces, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Sprinkle a tablespoon of minced garlic and sesame seeds and you're done.

Lastly, I put white rice in a bowl.
I sprinkled the onion sauce that I made on top of it.
As it is a pork neck dish, you can put a lot of grilled pork and lettuce on it.
You can use seasoned scallions instead of seasoned lettuce.
