Add butter and sugar powder and mix

Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix

Sift together the flour, almond powder, matcha powder, and salt

Blend until the powder is not visible

When the dough is in one lump, knead it several times

Shape dough into a 4cm diameter cylinder Or fill a biscuit mold (4cm x 4cm) with batter

Let it harden in the freezer for an hour

Spread egg whites on the surface and roll in sugar

Cut the dough to about 1cm thick and place on a teflon-sheet pan

Bake at 170 C for 15-17 minutes (temperature and time may vary depending on the oven)

Leave in pan for 5 minutes, transfer to cooling net and cool

Remove butter and eggs to room temperature 1 hour before use
For strong matcha flavor, add matcha powder
