To make Palbochae
I need bamboo shoots, squid, sea cucumber, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, bok choy, garlic, etc!!
I have seafood at home
I replaced it with seafood and frozen shrimp

I made it with mushroom!
And the most important thing is bamboo shoots
It's going to be even better. Unfortunately, there's no bamboo shoot
I added paprika because there was a paprika that would bring out the texture
It was better than I thought
STEP 2/8
After preparing the ingredients first
Add seafood and frozen ingredients to water
Add 1T of soju and blanch it
For the texture
Please don't parboil paprika and bok choy :)

Blanch the ingredients and strain them in a strainer
Then, add some oil and ginger
Stir-fry sliced garlic green onions!

When I make Palbochae
To add more spiciness
Add red pepper oil and Vietnamese pepper
I fried it.

When there's some green onion oil
Add the blanched ingredients and stir-fry them!

Season it with 1T of oyster sauce
Mix chicken stock or chicken stock powder in water
Please put it in. :)

After adding pepper powder
After adjusting the concentration with starch
Put sesame oil on it

Making Palbochae is simpler than you think
I made my own soup
Make the soup thick according to your preference
You can do it. Or you can cook alone
It's good to eat or it's so good even if you eat it with rice. :)
I'll use the ingredients I have at home
I liked it because it was better than I thought Hah!
I thought it would be sad if there was no bamboo shoots

Digging in the refrigerator or cooking for guests or housewarming
And eat it as a snack or rice bowl at home
