Combine melted butter in Oreo pulverized cookies

Place the wrapped mousse ring on the bottom and press firmly

Place in refrigerator and harden (more than 30 minutes) while filling

Mix whipped cream until thickened (about the texture of plain yogurt to scoop)

Gently beat cream cheese at room temperature

Add sugar, plain yogurt, mint extract and lemon juice and mix

Add the melted gelatin and mix (put the pan gelatin in cold water and soak for 10 minutes. Squeeze it by hand, remove the water, and dissolve it in the microwave for 10 seconds.)

Add green and green food coloring and mix

Add whipped cream and mix

Pour filling over Oreo crust and spread flat with spatula

Let it harden in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours

Remove from refrigerator and heat ring with warm towel or torch to remove mousse ring

Decorate cake with whipped cream and mini Oreo cookies
