Golden recipe for soft tofu stew with different classes: Itaewon
Today's dish was inspired by the drama Itaewon Class I've made soft tofu stew with a different kind of chestnut pocha. The recipe didn't come out separately, I named it like this because I thought it would be enough to have good ingredients and taste.

  • oyster mushroom

  • enoki mushroom

  • Shrimp meat

  • Mussels

  • anchovy broth
    400ml
  • Eggs

  • Red pepper powder

  • crushed garlic

  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut green onions, onions, mushrooms, etc. into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
Put cooking oil on a medium heat pan and stir-fry green onions first
Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
Give me some chili oil.

Next, add shrimp, clam, and mussel and stir-fry them together.

When the ingredients are half cooked
Add onions and oyster mushrooms
Pour 400ml of anchovy stock.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
