How to make 'Stir-fried green pumpkin'. Making simple side dishe
I made Sumi's side dish referring to the table, referring to Sumi's stir-fried zucchini.It's better if you stir-fry it lightly so that it's not too soft. It's better to be soft than soft, right? It's seasoned with salted shrimp and tastes good. It's perfect as a side dish. When I was young, I didn't want to eat rice without meat side dishes, and I felt empty, but as I got older, I couldn't be so reliable if there were side dishes like stir-fried pumpkin that I ate when I was young.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the zucchini into rough pieces. You can cut it into any size you want, but the rough cut zucchini tastes better than the regular shape.^^ Cut it into zigzags.

For thick pumpkin, cut it in half and zigzag.
STEP 3/6
Place the cut pumpkin in a saucepan, add 1T of minced garlic and 200ml of water, cover and cook until tender.
STEP 4/6
Add 1T salted shrimp and 1/2T red pepper powder to this and mix. Adjust the ripeness of the zucchini to your personal preference. If you like watery ones, cook them a little more.
STEP 5/6
Lastly, add 1/2T of sesame oil and sesame seeds. That's it...

I added 2T of soy sauce. I think it tastes better with a little soy sauce than just salted shrimp.
