STEP 1/6
1] I used the cut squid body today. You may use a semi-dried product. Drain the surface with a kitchen towel, and then use scissors to make 6-8 cuts on both sides. If you do this, it's much more convenient to cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
2] Add 1/2T honey, 1T butter, 1t parmesan powder, 1/2t parsley, 1/3t pepper, 1/2t salt and make honey garlic butter sauce. Organic honey is thick, so I melted it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Like this, the sauce is done.
STEP 3/6
3] Preheat pan over high heat for 3 minutes, lower to medium heat, lightly cover with half a tablespoon of cooking oil, and start grilling squid. Bake about 3-4 minutes back and forth until golden.
STEP 4/6
4] Now repeat the prepared butter sauce three or four times back and forth. It's easy to burn with sauce, so it's appropriate between medium and low heat.
STEP 5/6
Golden brown, doesn't it look delicious? A simple dish at home that is good for beer and children's snack recommendation is Honey Garlic Squid Butter Grilled! It would be better if you serve it in a whole container and cut it before you eat it, right? Sprinkle with parsley powder to make it look more delicious.
STEP 6/6
It's not salty, so it's better to eat it. Should I say that it's a taste that's not too much? I think it will be a popular menu if you serve it lightly as a snack after the first meal at the housewarming party. Honey garlic squid butter-grilled, which is perfect for snacks and side dishes, then enjoy it today! :)
