STEP 1/10
One small onion (about 100g) One handful of cabbage (about 100g)
Slice about 1cm by 1cm.
Cut the pumpkin to suit your taste
STEP 2/10
100g of ham playing in the refrigerator, cut the ham into bite-size pieces.
If you don't have ham, replace it with 100g of greasy forelimbs or pork belly
Each Vienna weighs about 10g^^~
STEP 3/10
Pour cooking oil into the pan, add green onions, cook over medium heat until green onions are golden brown, and stir-fry garlic
If it's hard to get the right timing for garlic, you can just put green onions and garlic together from the beginning and fry them over medium heat.
STEP 4/10
When garlic and green onions are moderately golden, add onions, turn to high heat, and stir-fry until onions are slightly transparent.
STEP 5/10
Add sausage and stir-fry over high heat for 20 to 30 seconds.
If you're using raw meat, stir-fry the meat as if it's fried in green onion oil before frying it
STEP 6/10
Add cabbage and pumpkin, add 1.5T of oyster sauce, and stir-fry over high heat for about 20 seconds.
Add ssamjang, pour 1T of water, and stir-fry it so that the ssamjang melts evenly
STEP 7/10
Spread the vegetables slightly to the side to expose the frying pan, then pour 0.5T of soy sauce with a heated frying pan to remove moisture
Burn slightly and mix quickly with vegetables.
STEP 8/10
Pour 600cc of water, add the soup of the ingredients and the soup of the jajang powder, then add the noodles when the water starts to boil.
And boil it down. Stir with chopsticks once in a while so that it doesn't stick to the floor.
After the moisture evaporates, taste it slightly, and if the noodles are not fully cooked, add 50cc of water to increase the time to boil down.
Make sure to use a wide frying pan like me. If you put it in a pot, the moisture evaporation rate is slow, so it can become porridge. lol
STEP 9/10
It's done. Enjoy your meal^^~

STEP 10/10
For your information, even after I gave them a bowl, there were a lot of ingredients and seasoning, so I mixed a bowl of rice^^
1. If you don't understand the recipe, you can understand it quickly if you watch the video.
2. Use a wide frying pan!! You can't use a pot for cooking ramen!!
There is a difference between measuring the video and measuring the recipe I measure it with regular rice mix (7 to 8cc) and the formula for 10,000 recipes is 1T (table spoon, 15cc) and uploaded accordingly.
Please note that the amount of rice mixed at home is different from the 1T in the recipe
If you need to measure rice, please refer to the video~
