  • Fish soy sauce

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the water parsley in the leaves and stems.
STEP 2/4
on low heat with oil
AllAdd the garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 3/4
Put in the stem first
Stir-fry it for about 10 seconds
STEP 4/4
Add the leaves and fish sauce
Stir-fry it for 10 to 20 seconds
Water parsley can be eaten raw. Stir-fry it a little bit to bring out the crunchy taste
