Children's favorite egg roll.. I made it^^

  • Salt

  • Carrot

  • chili
    1TS
  • chopped onion
    1TS
  • leek
    1TS
  • Ketchup
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
First, break 7 eggs, add 1 tsp salt, and mix.

Chop up the carrots and peppers a little by little
STEP 3/14
Chop the onion and green onion a little bit by bit

Put the chopped vegetables in the egg water..

Mix it again.

Now, put some cooking oil in the frying pan or egg roll pan and heat it up.
When heated, wipe the oil with a kitchen towel.
Don't forget to do it on low heat

And then pour a little bit of egg water..

Spread it out thinly.
Let stand over low heat until edges are cooked

Then roll it from the end.
I'll leave a little bit and push it back up, and then..

Add egg water and cook it, and roll it..
Do it over and over again.
