  • White wine
    100ml
  • whipped cream
    100ml
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash and prepare mussels.
STEP 2/8
Chop the onions into thick slices.
STEP 3/8
Slice garlic.
STEP 4/8
Cut half a lemon in half.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry butter, onion, and garlic in a frying pan.
STEP 6/8
When onions become transparent, add mussels and white wine.
STEP 7/8
When the mussel opens its mouth, add whipped cream, salt, and pepper.

Lastly, add lemon and bay leaf and boil.
* It's better with celery. * Use white wine rather than soju. * Squeeze some juice out of the lemon and add it.
