Making malatang. Spicy malatang ramen as easy as ramen.
I don't like malatang because of the smell of spices, but I made it because my daughter asked me to make it because she received it as a gift, but it didn't smell much of spices and it was easy to make, so I enjoyed it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please rip off bok choy one by one and wash it clean.
*The host is made in Korea, but it's thick and chubby
It's good for cooking soup.
STEP 2/7
Grease the pan and stir-fry the pork until it is 70% cooked.
*I'm a stainless steel fan, so I keep sticking around
It falls off easily when it's cooked.
STEP 3/7
When the meat is stir-fried, boil it with beef bone broth, bean sprouts, and malatang sauce.
*Add 2 tons of sauce first and add more as you taste it.
STEP 4/7
When it boils, add bok choy and boil it more.
*It's even better if you put in a snail mushroom.
*It looks great, but it's really easy and simple.
STEP 5/7
Boil the ramen in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
* Boil ramen and put it in the soup right away without rinsing it.
STEP 6/7
Put boiled ramen in the soup and turn off the heat.
*It was delicious to eat out because it was boiled with beef bone soup.
STEP 7/7
It's a really easy malatang ramen.
*It's good for your own cooking and for those who live alone
Even if you're alone, it's enough for a nutritious meal, right?
It's an easy dish, but it's so delicious and it doesn't smell like spices, so I ate it spicy and delicious. If you like spices, I recommend Haidirao sauce. You don't have to make the ingredients like me, so make it using the ingredients at home.
