A lot of spring greens are coming out these days. I made soybean paste soup with rape vegetables today. I think the soft texture is more delicious than spinach soup.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the rape vegetables into appropriate sizes and prepare them.
It's good if you put in plenty.
STEP 2/5
Add the ingredients and make anchovy broth.
When it starts to boil, let it boil for another 5 minutes and filter it out.

Put a spoonful of soybean paste into the anchovy broth
STEP 4/5
Add the rape vegetables and boil them.
Boil it for about 15 minutes.

Add tofu, green onions, and hot pepper and boil it
Each restaurant has a different taste of soybean paste, so I think you should control it.
I added a spoonful of tuna extract.
If you add a spoon of tuna liquid or fish sauce, it will taste better.
