STEP 1/10
Cut half of the vanilla bean and scratch the seeds with the tip of the knife.
Measure the vanilla bean and sugar together.
Beat the eggs in another bowl.

Mix all the powders and sift them into a sieve.

When the powder is mixed to a certain extent, add the rum and mix.

Place the dough in a mold with parchment paper or butter

Please spread it out and trim it with a rubber spatula.

Make a cut in the center of the dough.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 180 degree preheated oven

I used an oranda frame, but there was too much dough
Please use a 18x8x6cm frame.
