Shaved pork belly - Parfelle red pepper paste rose pasta
Usually, bacon is added to pasta, but I used to boil it and put it in, but instead of bacon, I grilled pork belly and made sauce with red pepper paste that goes well with pork belly, which also relieves the greasiness of cream pasta. Parfelle is a ribbon-shaped pasta, but it doesn't get soggy because it's short pasta, and the texture feels like eating sujebi, so I think it goes well with pork belly. It's basic to be picky, but a 4-year-old princess who eats pretty doesn't even look at other spaghetti, but she eats ribbon-shaped pasta well.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the prepared vegetables into bite-size pieces except for sweet pumpkin, and slice garlic on the side.

Grill the shaver pork belly in a frying pan, remove the oil as much as possible, and cut it. (It's good to bake crispy because it's going to be mixed at the end.) It's good to fry the sliced garlic in oil, but it's troublesome, so please grill it with pork belly.

Put 1T of olive oil and 1t of salt in boiling water, boil the parfelle pasta for about 10 minutes, and mix with olive oil. Add pumpkin slices and boil.

Put the sauce ingredients together and boil them down. It doesn't matter if you add a little water, but if the sauce is watery, the pasta will swell. Stir-fry pasta and vegetables a little in a moderately boiled sauce, then mix them with pork belly and fried garlic, and put them in a bowl.

Slice perilla leaves, put them on top, and sprinkle parsley to finish.
Paprika has a good texture if you remove the skin and chop it. If you fry the sliced garlic twice in a heated frying pan and sprinkle it on top without mixing it, it can be a nice customer meal.
