Stir fried anchovies with chili peppers

  • Garlic

  • Water

  • Seasoned soy sauce

  • Oligosaccharide

  • crushed garlic

  • a beautiful forest

  • Sesame
  • canola oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove the top of the pepper and wash it clean
STEP 2/8
Poke it with a fork

Slice the whole garlic

In a royal pan, water, soy sauce, and mirin
Add oligosaccharide and mix

Boil the sauce for about 2 minutes, then add the pepper and garlic and boil it down while stirring

When the sauce is almost boiled down, add anchovies and stir-fry
STEP 7/8
Add minced garlic and sesame seeds and stir-fry them
STEP 8/8
Lastly, put some oil and stir-fry it
