STEP 1/14
Stir-fry anchovies in an ungreased pan or bake them slightly in an oven to blow away the fishy smell, pour water on your own, and repeat once more for three to four hours.
If you boil the water with radish and kelp, it becomes great anchovy broth ^^
STEP 2/14
Drain on a sieve and hang it on the drying rack without overlapping.
STEP 3/14
Wipe off the carrots and slice them thinly
STEP 4/14
Please spread it out on the drying rack
STEP 5/14
Prepare spinach by trimming and wiping^^
STEP 6/14
Spinach contains aquatic acid, so if you have children with stones, you have to blanch it and rinse it in cold water, but it's okay to dry it raw because it's used with other ingredients and it's also used with calcium-rich anchovy powder
STEP 7/14
And then, I have to hang it on the drying rack, right
STEP 8/14
I put all three ingredients in the dryer and it worked
STEP 9/14
It was dry at 70C for 7 hours
STEP 10/14
The anchovies were so thick that they were dry for another two hours to dry^^;
STEP 11/14
Grind the well-dried ingredients one by one using a grinderYou~
Carrot powder
STEP 12/14
Spinach powder
STEP 13/14
It's anchovy powder ^^
STEP 14/14
Transfer the well-grounded powder to the storage container and prepare for cookies^^
The anchovies are 250g dry and 173g
Carrots are 333g dry and 39g
Spinach was 343g dried to get 45g of powder^^
The powder I just made at home is filled with the scent of raw materials, so it's a very good cooking ingredient^^
One bite for me, one bite for Louis, one bite for me, and one bite for Ddabok... LOL
