Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Cook rice after soaking for about 20 minutes by pouring enough water on the back of your hand.

*If there are any vegetables left in the refrigerator even if there are no sprout vegetables as shown in the picture, don't worry about the ingredients and try making them.
Gangdoenjang is a good dish to mix rice with vegetables without meat. The point is to mix water with flour thickly. Soybean paste, which is good for immunity, became a delicious meal.
