STEP 1/8
Add 5 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, and beat well

Cut enoki mushrooms into 2cm pieces

Chop the carrots into small pieces

Chop the green onions, too
STEP 5/8
Add sunflower oil to pan and stir-fry cut enoki mushrooms/minced carrots/minced green onions for 30 seconds
STEP 6/8
Sprinkle the beaten egg mixture evenly
STEP 7/8
Sprinkle a little bit of pepper powder
STEP 8/8
If you stir-fry the egg until it's fully cooked, you can make a good scrambled mushroom for breakfast/simple breakfast menu
You may add other vegetables (onion/tomato/chives/spinach)
