Stir-fried sand lance and hot pepper
I made stir-fry with spicy chili peppers with sand lance that I forgot about the last time. Personally, it's better than stir-fried anchovies.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please prepare the dried sand lance and cheongyang pepper.
STEP 2/7
*Cut the cheongyang pepper in half.
* Chop the onion and green onion.
STEP 3/7
*Put cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry green onion, onion, minced garlic, cheongyang red pepper, and dried fish sauce (3-4 minutes)
STEP 4/7
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar and stir-fry them
STEP 5/7
*Pour water, close the lid, boil it until the soup is almost gone. *Add oligosaccharide and stir-fry it
(Stir it so that it doesn't burn in the middle and the seasoning cuts evenly)
STEP 6/7
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix.
STEP 7/7
Put it in a bowl, please.
Sand lance is dried sand lance without steaming.
