Please prepare the dried sand lance and cheongyang pepper.

*Cut the cheongyang pepper in half.
* Chop the onion and green onion.

*Put cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry green onion, onion, minced garlic, cheongyang red pepper, and dried fish sauce (3-4 minutes)

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar and stir-fry them

(Stir it so that it doesn't burn in the middle and the seasoning cuts evenly)

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix.
