Cut potatoes, onions, and carrots into cubes.

Please note that 80g of spinach is a little less than 1/2 steps. I have a scale at home, so I used it because it because it was sweet.

Soak spinach in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove soil, wash it three or four times, and blanch it in boiling water.

Fold 60ml of curry powder in water, and the amount of water is enough to dissolve the curry powder well. Stirring with a whisk will dissolve the curry powder well

Add the blanched spinach and boil it for another 3 minutes to complete the Spinach Curry.
