Put 2 cups of pork rib seasoning, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 2 tablespoons of ginger liquor, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little pepper, and 1 pack of apple juice.

I'm going to eat it right away, so I aged it for about an hour and baked it.
If you have enough time, it's much better if you ripen it for a day
It's really good to eat grilled meat wrapped in lettuce^^
