Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared 3 packs of pork neck.
You can prepare as much as you want.
STEP 2/6
Put 2 cups of pork rib seasoning, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 2 tablespoons of ginger liquor, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little pepper, and 1 pack of apple juice.

Put the pork neck in the sauce and marinate it.
STEP 4/6
