Simple spicy Chapagetti
The coronavirus situation is getting worse. At times like this I think simple cooking at home is the best way. Today, I made spicy Chapagetti instead of jajangmyeon.

  • Chapagetti

  • Beef belly meat
    6piece
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • leek
    1/3ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Cooking oil
    1TS
  • Water
    1/2cup
  • Soy sauce
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chop the onions, cheongyang peppers, and green onions.
STEP 2/9
Pour water into a pot, and when it boils, add noodles and eggplant soup and cook.
STEP 3/9
When the noodles are 70% cooked, add the beef belly and boil it
STEP 4/9
Drain on a sieve.
STEP 5/9
Put cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry onions and green onions
STEP 6/9
Pour about half a cup of water, add black bean powder soup and soy sauce and bring to a boil.

Add the noodles and stir-fry.
STEP 8/9
Add cheongyang pepper and oil and stir-fry.
STEP 9/9
Please put it in a bowl.
