STEP 1/8
Peel and shred the radish.
You can chop it thickly or thinly as you like.
STEP 2/8
Pickle the radish first.
Add 1/2 tablespoon thick salt and cast and marinate for about 15 minutes.
When it's salted enough, rinse it in water and drain it.
STEP 3/8
I just need to stir-fry it and that's it.
First, the point of how to make stir-fried radish greens is this perilla oil.
You have to stir-fry it in perilla oil to make it savory and savory.
I'd like a tablespoon of perilla oil.
STEP 4/8
Add half a tablespoon of minced garlic to flavor the garlic.
STEP 5/8
When the garlic scent comes up, add all the prepared radishes.
STEP 6/8
Please stir-fry it.
It takes quite a while to stir-fry it.
You can easily burn it because you added garlic, so be careful not to heat it too much.
If you don't have enough oil, add perilla oil and stir-fry it
The color changes to light brown and the radish becomes ripe enough to bend.
I like ones that have a bit of texture, but if you like it cooked well
You can put the lid on here and cook it well.
STEP 7/8
I added the chives and red peppers that I prepared as a finishing touch.
I put in red pepper to look cool, but the color was definitely pretty when I bought it.
If you need more seasoning, add salt.
It wasn't lack of seasoning because it was pickled.
STEP 8/8
It'd be nice to add savory taste, right?
I sprinkled sesame seeds and whisked them.
You can add water to cook the radish well.
