STEP 1/6
Cut well-cooked cabbage kimchi into bite-sized pieces and place in a pot
STEP 2/6
Add the pork, please
*It can be pork neck/pork belly
But it's better to cut it thickly than thin
STEP 3/6
Add minced garlic/sugar/pepper powder and stir-fry pork until surface is cooked
STEP 4/6
Pour enough stock/water into the stir-fried kimchi and boil it over high and medium heat for 10 to 10 minutes
*Salt/Soup soy sauce for additional seasonings
STEP 5/6
Add chopped green onions to the boiled pork kimchi stew and boil it for 2 minutes
*You can add other vegetables (onion/Cheongyang chili/mushrooms)
STEP 6/6
It's a pork kimchi stew that's cooked simply and faithful to the basics, but it seems like a true rice thief that's spicy and not greasy
My kimchi has spicy pepper powder, so I didn't put anything spicy in it You can add spicy pepper powder/Cheongyang pepper, etc
