I made potato soup with potatoes, a representative alkaline food.

  • Potato

  • onion

  • leek
    1ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • Garlic
  • Korean style soy sauce
  • Anchovy pack again
  • Water
    4~5cup
  • Curry
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put the kelp anchovies in the rice water and make the soup again (there are some radishes left, so I added that too)
STEP 2/6
Slice potatoes flat and thickly and cut into appropriate sizes with other ingredients
STEP 3/6
Remove the kelp and anchovies and boil the potatoes and sliced garlic first
STEP 4/6
When potatoes are cooked, add onions and boil. Season with salt and soy sauce
STEP 5/6
Cut the kelp that was used to make the soup again (optional) and boil it again with green onions and Cheongyang red pepper
STEP 6/6
You can add curry powder to your taste.
