STEP 1/8
The cod is all trimmed, so please wash it clean and remove the water.
*If you buy fresh cod without fishy smell and smell fishy, it will be less effective if you spray ginger liquor.
*For ginger liquor, put 1C of refined rice wine + 1tol of ginger in a glass bottle and use it 2-3 days later when ginger is fermented.

Soak anchovies and kelp for about 30 minutes and boil the broth.
* When you make kelp, the broth is thick
It comes out, so soak it in water first and trim the vegetables.

Chop the radishes and shred the onions, please.

Cut the cabbage leaves into 1cm thick pieces.

When the broth boils, take out the kelp and anchovies, add radish, onion, cod, ground garlic, and cabbage, and boil it.
Putting in cabbage is a great move..It's so light..

#When the cod soup boils, season it with 2T of Choppy sauce.
*My taste is just right, but if it's bland to your taste, please adjust it with salt.

If the cod soup is boiled a lot, put Cheongyang red pepper and crown daisy on top.
*I boiled it in an earthen pot to eat it hot, but as you can see, it's overflowing, so I think it'll be good to boil it in a generous pot and heat it up.
*If cod smells fishy, put ginger liquor on it to make it less fishy.
*You can enjoy Daegu more if you make wasabi sauce like shabu shabu and dip it in it.
