STEP 1/10
Heat chocolate, butter, and whipped cream all in one place over medium heat.
STEP 2/10
Cut the parchment paper and set it in a square frame while the chocolate melts in medium heat.
STEP 3/10
If you use a parchment paper disposable container or parchment paper lunch box like the picture, it's easy to take it off later and it's very good.
STEP 4/10
Pour the melted chocolate into the container and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 hours in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 5/10
Cut well-dried chocolate into 2x2cm squares. Keep the knife warm when you cut it, wipe the blade once you cut it, and it'll cut nicely, but I'll pass boldly!!
From my experience, it doesn't really matter
STEP 6/10
Place half chocolate and cocoa powder in plastic bag and shake to coat evenly. Then arrange the chocolate neatly, transfer the remaining powder to a strainer and sprinkle on top.
STEP 7/10
Just like how you sprinkle cocoa powder, put it in a bag and shake it to sprinkle the top side.
STEP 8/10
If you carefully move the finished chocolate with chopsticks and put it in a parchment mold or box, it is complete.^^
STEP 9/10
The powder is all over the side, so even if you stick it close to each other, it doesn't stick, so you can put it as you like.
STEP 10/10
If you put them in parchment paper one by one and move them to a box, you will get a more luxurious pav chocolate. ^^
If you mix dark chocolate and milk chocolate in a 2:1 ratio, it becomes soft and delicious pav chocolate^^
If you use Matcha powder or green tea powder, you can also make green tea
