STEP 1/7
Please refer to the video above for more detailed recipes!! https://youtu.be/kT01JO2Gr1E
STEP 2/7
Wash the beans thoroughly under running water before soaking. (Of course, if you see a foreign substance, you should throw it away!) I'm going to use soaked water, so it's important to wash it clean.
STEP 3/7
Then add 800ml of water and soak for more than 4 to 6 hours. * It's cold these days, so I have to call it a long time. If it gets warm, you can shorten the time here.
STEP 4/7
Put beans (+soaked water), sugar and grain syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. When it boils up, turn it down to medium heat and boil it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 5/7
If the seasoning is reduced by half, and the beans are soaked in the sauce and boiled well, add additional soy sauce and boil it down
STEP 6/7
If the sauce is almost boiled down. (It took about 25 to 30 minutes?) If it's a bit bland, it's recommended to add sugar, grain syrup, and soy sauce to control the seasoning!!
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add sesame seeds and sesame oil and turn off the heat. Today's cooking is over.
