STEP 1/6
First, put water on the pot and prepare 1 serving of noodles. They say that 1 serving of noodles is usually the size of 500 won coins, but I picked a small one because I think 500 won is a lot for me. Please refer to it and prepare as much as you want
STEP 2/6
When the water boils, add noodles and stir it with chopsticks
When the water boils up, add 1/2 cup of cold water and when it boils up, add 1/2 cup
Normally, if you repeat it twice, the noodles are cooked properly If you don't know, you can take out the noodles and touch them or rinse them in cold water
STEP 3/6
Put the cooked noodles in a strainer, shower with cold water, and shake off the water
There might be starch left, so you can eat it more neatly if you rub it with your hands
STEP 4/6
And put it in a bowl and mix it with the sauce
I added 1.5 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and 1 spoon of sesame oil, but it may vary slightly depending on the amount of noodles or the amount of soy sauce, so it would be good to add 1 spoon first and 1/2 spoon more
If you don't like sugar, add half a spoon first
STEP 5/6
And put on plastic gloves and mix it well with the sauce
You can just mix it with chopsticks, but it tastes like your hands? There are two things like this, and I thought there was nothing like plastic gloves when mixing it with seasoning
STEP 6/6
Add the yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of it. Hwasa's soy sauce noodle recipe is complete!
It would have been prettier if the yolk went up in a circle, but it's a bit disappointing _
