NO29 Mom-in-law's seasoned dried radish
I thought of my mother-in-law as a side dish, so I cooked it because I missed her. My mom added a lot of starch syrup to make it glossy and sweet, but I upgraded the recipe. It's great as a side dish for winter. You can eat it for a long time if you keep it in the laver naengmyeon. Children eat it better if they mix and mix the dried squid. Take care of yourself. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Wash 200g of dried radish 2 to 3 times. (The black color is because the temperature is high during drying.)
STEP 2/11
Pour water into the washed daikon and soak it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/11
In the meantime, blanch the dried pepper leaves in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 4/11
Please wash it in cold water and squeeze it.
STEP 5/11
Rinse the soaked daikon and squeeze it.
STEP 6/11
Mix all of the above seasoning except pepper powder and sesame seeds.
STEP 7/11
Add chili powder to the squeezed daikon and mix until finely soaked.
STEP 8/11
Put the pepper leaves in it, pour the seasoning, and then season it.
STEP 9/11
Next, add chives and sesame seeds and mix them.
STEP 10/11
It's well seasoned.^^
STEP 11/11
Put it nicely in a side dish bowl.
When dried daikon is called, the condition of soaking varies depending on the temperature of the water and the drying condition, so you should look carefully in between. The firm texture is the point~* If you don't have soy sauce, you can have dark soy sauce. Grated ginger tastes better than ginger powder.^^ Add salt if the seasoning is insufficient after the final seasoning. I used dried radish from the cooperative. It's better to dry it at home.
