  • brown rice vinegar
    1.8L
  • brown sugar
    1.8kg

Cooking Steps

1. Wipe the kelp with a clean wet dishcloth

3. Pour 1.8L of brown vinegar and 1.8k of brown sugar (or brown sugar) and stir to dissolve completely
