Wash ginseng, deodeok, and milk vetch root thoroughly.

Remove the fat hanging from the chicken tail with a gauze

Put the washed chicken in the pot and add water. Add enough water to cover the chicken.
I boil it first to get rid of the impurities and fat in the chicken.

At first, it's over high heat and then over medium heat. I boiled it for an hour and 20 minutes
Remove the grease with a ladle.
If you like the soft texture of chicken, boil it well. If you like chewy texture, take out the chicken on another plate and make the soup in about 20 minutes. You can do it according to your preference ~^^
