Fine anchovy dish / Stir-fried anchovy mayonnaise
A small anchovy is a very thin anchovy. I usually use it for stir-frying. The anchovies in the video are Indonesian anchovies. It's a little different from Korea. Make various side dishes with small anchovies. Watch from 04:16.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare the remaining anchovies that have been stir-fried.
STEP 2/5
Make a sauce with soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sugar, pepper powder, and mayonnaise.

Stir-fry cooking oil and minced garlic in a frying pan.
STEP 4/5
When garlic smells, add anchovies and stir-fry.
STEP 5/5
Finally, add the sauce and stir-fry.
