Making Beef Rice Soup (How to make Korean beef rice soup): Hey!
Today, we're going to eat beef radish soup, I made beef rice soup like old marketplace rice soup. I wanted to eat hot soup because of the cold weather! There was radish and beef suji left, so I only bought bean sprouts from the mart I made it like this. You can make it simple without any special ingredients, so make sure to follow it!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut radish and green onion into bite-size pieces.
If you bought a suji like me
Remove fat and tendons.
STEP 2/6
Next, please make the sauce.
3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of anchovy sauce,
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and mix well.

Put the radish on the pot and put the beef on it
Pour 1.2L of water, cover and simmer over high heat.

When the soup boils, remove the foam.
STEP 5/6
Next, add green onions, sauce, and mix it
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, I'll taste the soup
Add soy sauce and anchovy sauce to suit your taste
Add 300g of bean sprouts and boil it for another 5 minutes to complete.
