Make the sauce by adding red pepper paste 2T, soy sauce 2T, sugar 1T, minced garlic 1T, ginger liquor 3T, plum juice 1T, ginger powder 1T, and pepper.

It's stored cabbage.
I eat the inner leaves as a wrap, and there are only a few cabbage leaves left.
Put cabbage leaves in a pan where you can cook water
Cover and cook well in 10 minutes over low heat.
Cabbage is also good as a wrap because it's slightly boiled.
Pork belly tastes better when marinated overnight.
You can add ginger instead of ginger powder.
