STEP 1/9
I put kimchi in a bowl and cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors.
If you cut it on a cutting board, it's much easier to cut it with scissors because it's annoying to wash it off later, right?
If you're sad that we don't have sour kimchi,
If you add a spoonful of vinegar to make it taste sour, it will give you the taste of sour kimchi
You can prepare any kimchi without worrying.
STEP 2/9
Cut the other ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/9
Put onions, sausages, and mushrooms in an oiled medium heat pan and stir-fry them
When onions start to be transparent, add all the prepared kimchi.
It's even better if you add kimchi soup and Korean midnight.
STEP 4/9
You just have to stir-fry it and season it briefly.
I'm satisfied with the sour kimchi dish and kimchi fried rice because they can make the taste enough without complicating the seasoning.
I added only one tablespoon of red pepper powder for a bright red color.
STEP 5/9
Add half a tablespoon of sugar for flavor.
STEP 6/9
Please add the prepared rice.
If you use cold rice, the texture is firm, so you can taste the original taste of fried rice.
In this process, you can turn off the heat and mix it.
STEP 7/9
You can add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
If you tilt one side of the pan and put it in like it's boiling
You can make the fire taste good.
STEP 8/9
My own fried rice tip,
If you add a piece of butter and stir-fry it, the savory taste is different.
Butter and kimchi go really well together.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add a drop of sesame oil.
If the kimchi is not sour, adjust the vinegar and sugar if it is too sour.
