When I went to college for the first time, I usually ate this during lunch time. Should I say that I was surprised by the taste and twice by the price? When I was a freshman, it was sold for 2,500 won per bowl. And as a side dish, this egg roll and kimchi stew.. I made food that I could eat for a full meal.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut 1/4 of the radishes
2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of anchovy sauce,
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and mix well.
STEP 2/5
Put a bit of salt in the boiling water
Add 300g of bean sprouts and blanch for 3 minutes.
STEP 3/5
Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water and squeeze the water out
1 small spoon of soy sauce, 1 small spoon of anchovy sauce, 1/2 small spoon of minced garlic,
Add a little salt, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and mix well.

Put radish salad and bean sprouts in a large bowl
Cut lettuce and seaweed with scissors
Add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste.
STEP 5/5
Put tuna and egg yolk on top of it
Sprinkle sesame oil and it's done!
Add hot rice and mix it
