STEP 1/7
Prepare a big, thick green onion. Cut it into small pieces so that are not too thin
*You can add green onion salad for the market

Wash 5-6 perilla leaves and cut them not too thin

Prepare a pack of 600g smoked duck, put it in a pan, and cut too big in half

If you put in the smoked duck first and stir-fry it until it's golden brown, the duck oil comes out

When oil comes out of the roasted smoked duck, add the chopped green onions and mix with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce/a little pepper powder

Add the sliced perilla leaves and stir-fry for 30 seconds
If you add green onions and perilla leaves, you have to stir-fry it quickly to make the green onions crunchy
STEP 7/7
If you turn off the gas and sprinkle sesame seeds, it's a simple and healthy stir-fried green onion smoked duck
It's also good as a side dish for kids
Make sure to stir-fry all the smoked duck and add green onions/perilla leaves
