Cooking Steps

Chop the chives and prepare them.

With mulberry leaves
Add soy sauce, tuna liquid, perilla oil, and minced garlic and mix them well.

Stir-fry the mulberry leaves so that they are limp.
Seven to ten minutes is enough on medium low heat.

Add chives and stir-fry them
Add sesame oil and sesame salt to wrap it up.
Boiled mulberry leaves are delicious even when seasoned, but if you stir-fry them in perilla oil, it tastes much better.
