STEP 1/8
If you have a hand mixer, mix butter, sugar, and salt once, then whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
STEP 2/8
(If you don't have a hand mixer, mix the butter and sugar once with the butter completely softened, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract. You can mix it all at once like me, but my arm hurt a little.
STEP 3/8
Sift in the gravitational powder and baking powder, and just add the coconut powder and mix well with a spatula.
STEP 4/8
When the raw powder is mixed invisible, place it on a piece of silicon paper to form two flat rectangular chunks.
STEP 5/8
(Size about 10 cm wide x 19 cm long x 3 cm high)
STEP 6/8
Bake for 25 minutes in a 175-degree preheated oven. (After preheating 180 degrees, you can change it to 170 degrees and bake it for 25 minutes.)
When golden brown, remove and cool completely.
Apply water to the surface of the cooled lump and leave it for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Slice 1cm or 1.5cm thick with a bread knife and place it on top of silicon paper (you can place it densely)
STEP 8/8
Lower it to 160 degrees and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes until it has a golden brown color.
