STEP 1/8
A half-dried squid is a skeleton in the middle of its body after washing it neatly in cold water. Please remove it completely. I left the shell as it is. And I'm going to bake the whole body and legs without separating them. Use scissors or a knife to cut the body to the right or left. Unlike making cuts, it leaves the middle of the body and cuts it like a flapping squid flapping its wings.
STEP 2/8
Now it's time to season it. Mix well with brewed soy sauce, tsuyu, broth or water, minced garlic, minced ginger, refined rice wine or cooking wine, and honey. If you don't have tsuyu, you can increase the amount of honey by 1/5 times the amount of brewed soy sauce.
STEP 3/8
And put green onion salad on it and marinate it with pepper. It took about 2 hours to put them to sleep. It doesn't matter if you grill it right away, but I marinated it in the refrigerator and baked it later to ensure that the seasoning penetrates properly.
STEP 4/8
It's a half-dried squid that I marinated. It's definitely different from the first time. So I think I put them to sleep.
STEP 5/8
Now melt the hard solid butter for 10 seconds using an electronic lens before baking.
STEP 6/8
Place green onion salad and seasoned squid in oven pan and sprinkle with butter. The oven was preheated to 200 degrees and baked for 10 minutes. If the squid is reddish, it is cooked, so it doesn't matter if it's not 10 minutes. You can check the middle and bake it. I think it took about 10 minutes.
STEP 7/8
It smells like butter and salty, and the scents of green onions are coming up. The scallions captured the fishy scent of the squid.
STEP 8/8
The savory taste of butter and salty soy sauce taste!! It's a semi-dried squid soy sauce butter grilled with sweet and salty and savory.
