Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Soak sticky rice, black rice, sorghum, green beans, and red beans for about an hour. Wash and combine the millet just before cooking.
STEP 2/4
Pour enough water into the red beans and boil them for 10 minutes, then pour the water out. Second, pour cold water again, add 1/4 spoonful of salt, and boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/4
Drain soaked glutinous rice, black rice, sorghum, millet, black beans, and boiled red beans through a sieve.
STEP 4/4
Season the rice water with 3/4 spoons of salt, then cook it in a rice cooker with 3 pieces of moderately sliced chestnuts and rice water.
