Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut green onions into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
Cut the green onion one more time in a cross shape.
STEP 3/8
Shred the paprika.

Chop the onion.

Stir-fry cooking oil, paprika, and onion in a frying pan.

When vegetables are cooked, add green onions, salt, and pepper and stir-fry.

Lastly, add sesame oil.
* Green onions have less moisture than other vegetables, so it's good to add a little anchovy broth when stir-frying.
