STEP 2/6
Wash bok choy clean and divide it into 2 or 4 pieces depending on the size.
STEP 3/6
Heat the frying pan and grill the marinated pork over high heat.
STEP 4/6
When the pork is half cooked, cut into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/6
Add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry until the pork is done.
STEP 6/6
Finally, add bok choy and stir-fry until you are slightly out of breath, and the stir-fried bok choy with pork is completed.
You can use pork belly or bulgogi instead of pork neck!
Bok choy is delicious when stir-fried over high heat.
